Chimichuri

Mix: 10 garlic cloves, minced
         1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
         2 T. dried oregano
         1/8 - 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Whisk in: 1 c. olive oil
                 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
                 Salt and pepper to taste

Serve with cubed french bread or toss with steamed vegetables.
