Wood Fired Oven Pizza Dough

Makes 1500 grams of dough. (Make five 300 gram pizzas)

900 g bread flour
560 g water
3 tbls olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast

Proof 1 1/2 - 2 hours, shape, rise 30 - 45 minutes. Toss and top immediately.
