Spinach-Artichoke Dip

10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 cup canned or thawed artichoke hearts
6 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Heat cream cheese until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm with crackers, bread or vegetables.
