1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped chives
2 tbls scallions
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp minced garlic
Puree all in food processor. Makes 2 cups.
Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients:
Serves 2 cups
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 oz. (weighed) fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- pinch of kosher salt & coarse black pepper
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 oz. (weighed) fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- pinch of kosher salt & coarse black pepper
Directions
Step 1
Prepare the vegetables as outlined above (shallot, fresh basil).
Step 2
Measure and combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a wire whisk until thoroughly combined.
Step 3
Transfer to a container, cover, and refrigerate.
